Machine Learning the Operator Content of the Critical Self-Dual Ising-Higgs Gauge Model

We combine AI with information theoretic tools to discover the physical theory underlying an important condensed matter model. Lattice gauge theories such as the Self-Dual Ising Higgs gauge model are central to current research on phase transitions in strongly interacting systems and materials, and are also important in high-energy physics.
